Big Give Blesses Again

Yesterday evening we received another package. Today's blessings come from Glenda (gcast1).The little kids had gone to stay the night with my mom. I told Zander he had to wait to open until everyone was home. He was so anxious to see what was inside. He called Gramma's to see if it was ok with the kids for him to open it without them. Gramma told him NO!! she didn't even ask the kids LOL

The kids finally came home this evening. Everyone gathered round to see what could be in the mystery box. It was Ryan's turn to open.

The kids were getting rather impatient while he used my keys to break the tape.

A card and a rainbow of happiness awaited them. Ryan passed out the color coded gifts while Meagan read the card.

He didn't even need to read the names. He knew who to pass to just by the colors. Not only did the tags have the kids favorite characters on them, but their favorite colors were used to wrap the gifts.

Each of the kids took turns opening. Meagan got a Disney Puzzle book and a photo album. The other kids all got a coloring book, notepad, crayon roll-up and a puzzle pen. I love how the puzzle pens all match their personalities.

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.!!!

The last few days have been pretty rough here. I am looking, hoping for some sort of cold or cough to blame Drew's increased seizures on. We had a few days where his count was really low. Last Saturday he only had 3 ALL DAY. Now we are back up to almost 30 a day. It's very heartbreaking not knowing why or how to "fix" it.

So tonight when Steve brought in the mail and there was a package we were all very excited. Today's been a very long day and pixie dust was just what we needed.

Once again the kids gathered round and the great discussion on who's turn it was to open started. Finally I gave the honors to Zander. He read the letter aloud. Then he handed out pictures and surprises.
Zander opened his bag first. When he saw his name his face lit up. Then when he saw Scooby he was in heaven.
Drew helped Madilynn "read" her picture. He was pointing out all the things to her. And she was pointing them out to him. It was so cute.
Then it was Madilynn's turn. She opened her bag and was speechless. She oooohhh'd and ahhhhh'd. And knew exactly what dress it was. "I'm the princess momma"
Then it was time to try on. Zander LOVES his shirt.
Madilynn adores her dress. She twirled and twirled until her bum landed on the floor.
Look at her face.
And then she did this.
Why you ask??? Because when you look at the amazing detail you see a birdie.
And if you look even closer at that amazing detail, you see
Ryan (aka Silly Boy) had to get in on the picture taking too.
Of course that made it time to watch Cinderella (AGAIN). But most of us were totally in the mood now. Madilynn & Ryan sat down, but not without....
HeatherSue, Thank You just does NOT seem enough. You are totally amazing. Your talent and willingness to service is amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for bringing such joy to my children & family. It's been nice to cry happy tears.
Tessa, Thank You for the beautiful pictures. They are treasured. You are such a sweet and kind little girl.

Big Give

Tonight we took the kids to donate some of their old toys/clothes. When we got home there was a package waiting for us. I lined the kids up and we cut open the box.
When I peeked inside the tears started. I handed each of the kids an envelope. Meagan read her's aloud.
In the box was.........

Thank you SO much Kristi & Allie!!
